The world as we see  it is not fact.

A CEO Roundtable group is participating in a Windhorse Leadership encounter. One CEO feels challenged by the horse’s behavior, and lashes back in anger, meeting the perceived force with force of his own. The result is a nip at his arm.  Enraged, the CEO begins to blame the horse.  His colleague makes the insight: “Don’t you see how this mirrors the dynamic you want to change in the office?”
