Windhorse Leadership programs can be as short as 90 minutes or as long as five days. Programs are tailored for participants, often around one of these themes:
•Leadership Presence programs focus on the relationship between the self and others. We are the architects of our own energy. Leadership Presence programs provide an opportunity to strengthen our foundations to ourselves, show up as we intend and practice the influence we have in the world
•Creating Connection programs focus on understanding and re-evaluating our habitual responses in relationship. We learn to improve our powers of inquiry through increased curiosity. Even the past is unpredictable: our life stories can be re-storied through carefully created conscious connection.
•Improve Performance by Improving Relationship. Even seemingly dry performance considerations such as the financial bottom line are ultimately tied to the human element: nothing happens without relationship. Our Improve Performance programs use unusual methods like the game of polo to create an experiential learning environment that is both safe and challenging.
•Fully Customized programs are designed just for you or your team based on an individual consultation with Pam McPhee.
